Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of https://mangocode.online and any services provided by MangoCode Technologies ("MangoCode", "we", "us"). By using the website or engaging us, you agree to them.

Last updated: 12 October 2026

1. About these terms

Website visitors are bound by sections 2 to 4. Clients who engage MangoCode are also bound by the remaining sections, together with the written proposal, quote or agreement for their project (the "Project Agreement").

If the Project Agreement conflicts with these terms, the Project Agreement prevails for that project.

2. Use of the website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to disrupt, scrape at unreasonable volume, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, or misuse the site or its content.

3. Information on the website

We aim to keep content accurate, but it is general information and not professional, legal or financial advice. Descriptions of services are not a guarantee of a specific outcome.

Solutions shown in MangoKits are MangoCode Demo Products built with sample data. They illustrate our approach and are not real client engagements or results.

4. Intellectual property of this website

The MangoCode name, logo, design, text and code of this website belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business reference, but may not copy, republish or create derivative works without written permission.

5. Engaging our services

A project begins only when both parties accept a Project Agreement and any agreed advance is received. Quotes are estimates for the scope described and remain valid for the period stated in them.

6. Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information, content, images and access in good time.
  • Make decisions and give approvals within the timeframes agreed.
  • Confirm you own, or have permission to use, all materials you give us (text, logos, images, data, fonts and trademarks).
  • Keep your accounts, passwords and hosting credentials secure.

7. Scope and change requests

We work to the scope in the Project Agreement. Work outside that scope is a change request and may change the price and timeline. We will explain the impact and obtain your approval in writing (email or message is sufficient) before proceeding.

8. Delays

Timelines depend on timely client input. If feedback, content or payments are delayed, delivery dates move accordingly. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

9. Third-party services

Projects may rely on third-party services such as hosting, domains, payment gateways, email, maps, analytics or AI providers. Those services have their own terms, pricing and availability, and we are not responsible for their acts, outages or changes.

10. Warranties and disclaimer

We perform services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated in the Project Agreement, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, search ranking, traffic, sales or any specific business result, which depend on many factors outside our control.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability arising from a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

12. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only for the project, except where disclosure is required by law.

13. Portfolio and credit

Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may describe a completed project in general terms in our portfolio. We will not publish confidential information or client names without your permission.

14. Suspension and termination

Either party may end a project as set out in the Project Agreement. We may pause work if payments are overdue or required information is not provided. On termination, you pay for work completed up to that point, as described in our Payment Terms and Refund Policy.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute in good faith through discussion.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Changes do not affect a signed Project Agreement unless both parties agree.
